At Jet D'or, we stand behind the quality of our products. Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, returns and refunds are handled under strict conditions to ensure fairness for both parties.


1. RETURN WINDOW

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Requests outside this window will not be accepted.


2. ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Be in original packaging with tags
  • Be free of damage, stains, or odors
  • Include proof of purchase

⚠️ Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused.


3. RETURN PROCESS (MANDATORY)

All returns must be approved in advance.

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photo proof (if requested)

Returns sent without approval will be rejected and not refunded.


4. RETURN SHIPPING & FEES

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We recommend tracked shipping only

⚠️ We are not responsible for lost returns.


5. RESTOCKING & PROCESSING

We reserve the right to apply:

  • Restocking fee (up to 20%)
  • Deduction for damaged or used items

This helps cover inspection, handling, and logistics costs.


6. EXCHANGES (PREFERRED OPTION)

We strongly recommend exchanges instead of refunds.

In many cases, we offer:

  • Free size replacements
  • Store credit options

👉 This is often faster than refunds.


7. CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

Our system processes orders quickly and sends them to fulfillment shortly after purchase.

If an error was made:

  • Contact us immediately
  • Changes are not guaranteed

If already shipped, the order must be returned after delivery.


8. DELIVERY & DELAYS

Shipping times are estimates.

Delays caused by:

  • Carriers
  • Customs
  • High demand

Do not qualify for refunds.


9. DAMAGED / INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photo evidence
  • Order number

We will offer:

  • Replacement OR
  • Store credit OR
  • Refund (if applicable)

10. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized/custom products
  • Worn or used items
  • Items returned without approval

11. EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For customers in the European Union:

You have the right to withdraw within 14 days, in accordance with EU law.

However:

  • Items must still meet return conditions
  • Return shipping remains the customer’s responsibility
  • Refunds are processed only after inspection

12. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: up to 10 business days

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse refunds for non-compliant returns
  • Issue partial refunds if applicable

13. CHARGEBACK & ABUSE POLICY

We actively monitor fraudulent activity.

We reserve the right to:

  • Dispute all chargebacks with evidence
  • Block customers from future purchases
  • Share relevant transaction data with payment processors
